PAD LONDON

PAD London is a design art fair that takes place every October in London. When someone told me about this event in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, it was clear that I had to go. Pieces from all over the world are gathered together to be seen and felt and when I tell you, it was wonderful. The details. The designs.

Not everything was for me, but there were definitely pieces and designers whose cards I took to remember for my future British countryside house. It was open from October 14th to 19th. I went there just a few hours before they were about to close for the day. I loved the pieces from Friedman Benda. The display was modern yet comfortable and featured some truly unique designs. I kept returning to it because each time I noticed a new detail.

MINIMALISM MEETS WARMTH

I have to say, my favorite display was Rosie Uniacke. The dark aesthetic, wooden elements, and touch of Scandinavian design looked so classy and elegant. I loved everything about it.

FOR THOSE WHO NOTICE

Lovers, I am more of an enthusiastic writer. I love to describe my feelings and thoughts around everything. But the insights and designs I saw at PAD speak for themselves. I want to honor the designs, displays, aesthetics, and details, and simply let the beauty and impressions of my personal highlights stand as they are.

A huge thank you to M, who told me about PAD and introduced me to an art fair I will definitely not miss in the coming years. 2025 seems to be a big year of firsts, and I love that. This was my first PAD, and I enjoyed it all by myself, for myself and I am beyond excited for the next ones.

All my loves,

-K.J.K.
